George Whyte
Chairman, CEO
George Whyte is the CEO of Calibra Solutions Limited, a leading Caribbean IT consultancy helping organizations proactively manage digital risks and achieve secure, data-driven transformation. With over 25 years in the technology sector, George blends deep technical expertise with strategic business insight to deliver measurable results for clients.
He began his career developing enterprise HR and payroll systems for major regional organizations, before moving into leadership roles overseeing large-scale technology implementations, cybersecurity initiatives, and business intelligence projects for financial institutions, credit unions, and government agencies across the Caribbean.
Since taking the helm at Calibra, George has expanded its portfolio to include AI-powered cybersecurity, advanced analytics, fintech solutions, and data privacy services—positioning the company as a trusted partner in an increasingly connected world. He is committed to enabling organizations to innovate, grow, and safeguard their most valuable digital assets.

Arthur Phidd
CIO
Arthur Phidd is a globally recognized Chief Information Officer (CIO) and thought leader with over 30 years of executive experience driving digital transformation across diverse sectors, including banking, retail, eCommerce, gaming, telecommunications, and government. He has held senior roles at prestigious organizations such as Merrill Lynch, Avon Products, 1800flowers.com, REEDS Jewelers, Cable & Wireless Communications, and DJI Holdings - Beijing.
His expertise has earned him significant recognition, including being named a Top 150 Global CIO (2020), a Top 10 USA CIO (2023), and the NC Tech Top Private Sector CIO (2023).
Dedicated to advancing technology and leadership, Arthur currently serves on multiple boards, including NC Tech, the University of Technology (UTECH) CNS Board, the Jamaica Technology Digital Alliance (JTDA), and the Jamaica Customs Agency.
He is also faculty at the University of the West Indies Mona School of Business & Management (MSBM). As a sought-after speaker, he shares real-world insights on global organizational leadership and ICT trends, focusing on transformational leadership to empower individuals and teams to drive meaningful, lasting impact in the digital landscape.

Robert Green
Director
Robert Green is a respected financial services leader who served as Chief Executive Officer of the Trinidad & Tobago Mortgage Finance Company (TTMF), where he advanced the company’s mission of expanding affordable home ownership. During his tenure, he guided TTMF through a period of transformation that culminated in the landmark merger with the Home Mortgage Bank (HMB), creating the Trinidad & Tobago Mortgage Bank (TTMB). His leadership in this process was instrumental in aligning the strengths of both institutions, ensuring continuity for customers, and establishing a stronger, more resilient national mortgage financing entity.
With a career dedicated to financial inclusion, sustainable housing development, and sound corporate governance, Mr. Green’s contributions have left a lasting impact on the housing finance sector in Trinidad and Tobago. His vision and commitment continue to inspire efforts to expand access to home ownership and strengthen the financial services landscape.

Keith McDonald
Director
Keith McDonald has over 30 years’ experience in Organisational Development, serving as CEO of Arnwil Limited, Executive Chairman of the School of Higher Education, and CEO of H.E.C.S. Company Limited. He is a Director at Calibra Solutions Limited, regional partner of Meta4, offering human and intellectual capital management solutions, fleet management, and consulting services. His career spans the oil and gas, education, public, private, and voluntary sectors, with consulting engagements across the Caribbean in ethics, lifestyle management, HR, logistics, and supply chain. Clients include the Trinidad and Tobago Prison Service, Defence Force, Government of St. Kitts, Tobago House of Assembly, NP, ROYTEC, UWI, and WASA.
He holds a First Degree in Business Management and a Master’s in Business Distribution Management. Keith is Senior Consultant with Higher Education & Consultancy Services, Chairman of the Supply Chain Association of the Caribbean, and chairs its Ethics Committee.

Marcus Simms
Director
Marcus Simms is a seasoned Financial and Marketing Consultant with over 20 years of experience helping Caribbean businesses scale sustainably. He is the Managing Director of TASC Enterprises, a consulting firm specializing in financial management, marketing optimization, and training solutions for small and micro-enterprises. He also serves as Director at Calibra Solutions, where he leads financial systems strategy and implementation to strengthen compliance, automation, and efficiency.
Marcus began his career in external audits at Mark Castillo Toney (now PKF) before earning a BSc in Management Studies at the University of the West Indies. He gained corporate experience at West Indian Tobacco Company in finance and management roles, later discovering his passion for SME support at Res Consulting and deepening marketing expertise at Alston Marketing, where he managed FMCG brands.
Since founding TASC in 2002, Marcus has worked with entrepreneurs across multiple industries, offering strategic marketing, financial consulting, and tailored training to drive sustainable business growth.
