Maintenance and Support
Calibra and our business partners offer maintenance and technical support services for the solutions provided by Calibra. This enables our clients to experience timely resolution of technical issues, including those related to software configuration.
Maintenance further provides guaranteed resolution of any application errors encountered while using the system and correction of such system errors using patches, new functionalities, transfer rights, news bulletins, or any other means for all the components of the software. The Technical Support service is included with the payment of Annual Support by the customer.
While details will vary by solution partner, Maintenance and Technical Support typically includes the following:
- Technical support via phone: including online assistance 24 hours a day, seven days a week in English, with a maximum response time.
- Technical support via web
- Updating service: includes program updates and improvements, version maintenance and product documentation updates.
- Availability of a knowledgebase where frequently asked questions are listed and their respective solutions.
