George Whyte Chairman/CEO

George Whyte is Chairman and CEO of Calibra. He founded the company in 2008 with a vision to create a strategic human resource management solutions company designed to serve the emerging needs in this area. He applies business acumen and strategic vision to lead the company and improve its competitive standing. An industry veteran with more than 25 years of experience in the software industry, Mr. Whyte oversees the development of overall company and technology strategy. George leads a team of experienced technology, finance and business professionals with solid industry knowledge and expertise.

Arthur Phidd Director

Arthur Phidd served as Regional Vice President & Chief Information Officer for the Americas & Caribbean at Cable & Wireless International. He was also the Chief Technology Officer at DJI Holdings where he was a member of the leadership team that successfully completed the company's IPO in 2014. He has served as ITC Advisor to the Public Sector Transformation Unit of The Government of Jamaica. Mr. Phidd has led IT groups for companies including, Avon Products Inc., Ann Taylor Stores Inc., 1800flowers.com, Merrill Lynch & Co., Bankers Trust Co., and The National Securities Clearing Corp.

Robert C. Green Director

Robert C. Green has over 24 years of experience in the mortgage finance industry, having spent that time in a specialised mortgage institution in several senior positions. He is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. He also holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of the West Indies, Institute of Business.

Keith McDonald Director

Keith McDonald possesses over 30 years experience in Organisational Development Services. Has served as CEO of Arnwil Limited and is Executive Chairman of the School of Higher Education and CEO of H.E.C.S. Company Limited. Mr McDonald has served on the Boards of the Public Services Credit Union and the Chaguaramas Development Authority. He is also a member of the Council of Logistics Managers of the United States of America and the Association of Business Executives in Wimbledon, England. Keith is the holder of a First Degree in Business Management and Masters in Business Distribution Management

Marcus Simms Director

Marcus Simms is an experienced marketing and financial services professional. Marcus is the senior consultant at TASC Enterprises Limited. Prior to this, Marcus performed several marketing roles with a major regional conglomerate. Marcus has also worked in auditing and cost accounting roles with Pannell Kerr Forster and West Indian Tobacco (now BAT). Marcus has a Bachelor of Science Dregree in Management Studies with particular focus on marketing and finance from the University of the West indies.
